Childcare Solutions is the only Cleveland area Nanny agency which is both affiliated with the INA (International Nanny Association) and offers sitter search services through our BBB member sister company, The Sitter Cafe LLC. With over 35,000 registered users, The Sitter Cafe is one of the largest registries of child care providers in the U.S. We perform our duties to the highest standards in the industry. Childcare Solutions is not a hobby or "home-based business". We have operated exclusively in northeast Ohio as a professional membership organization since 1991.

Childcare Solutions has completed over 10,000 placements in that time and registered over 7,500 care providers. Our affiliations with The Sitter Cafe and INA afford us the ability to utilize the combined resources of many of the most respected agencies in the United States.

We approach our business in a different manner from other agencies.
Childcare Solutions is a Membership Organization. Our primary responsibility, by contract and in principle, is to you, our member client - not the care provider. This means that we work exclusively for your benefit. Some services operate or are part of a school that charges fees to the "nanny-student". These organizations also charge placement fees to families. They are receiving revenues from both the care-provider and the family to represent each in the same transaction. In our view, that arrangement creates a conflict of interest on the part of the placement service and leads to problems.

Childcare Solutions represents only its member-clients, not the care-provider. Childcare Solutions does not receive any revenue from the care providers we place. You will always know that we are acting in your best interest.

Childcare Solutions does not operate a school or training facility. We refer only pre-qualified care providers for your consideration. A care provider must have a minimum of two years prior child care experience in order to register with our organization. Recent graduates or certificate holders from a nanny school program are turned away from our organization until they have achieved the requisite experience. We maintain this high standard, the highest in the industry, for two reasons:

• No amount of formal training can make up for a lack of experience
• There is no better barometer of qualification than the reference received from a former employer

Our clients expect to interview only experienced care providers who meet their specific needs.
