When should I begin my search for a Nanny?

The earlier you begin working with an agency the better. For a full-time position it usually takes no more than four to six weeks to interview qualified candidates and make a good selection. If this is the first Nanny you have ever hired, we strongly encourage you to interview more than just one candidate because parents tend to learn more about their own needs and requirements through the interview process.

Part-time positions are more difficult to fill. Since they require matching your schedule with that of just the right care provider, the process of hiring a part-time Nanny can take from four to twelve weeks.

Childcare Solutions is dedicated to helping you find the care provider you are seeking. Should we find that your search is particularly difficult or that we can not locate qualified candidates for you to interview, we may suggest that you register with more than one agency.
